Hi, my name is Alex and I am the owner of Turnkey Real Estate, LLC. I have been a full time real estate investor for 21 years. I remodel properties in San Diego, CA and own 18 rental properties locally and in Michigan. I have bought and sold more than 350 homes throughout San Diego County, guiding the process from start to finish.

I graduated with a degree in Finance from San Diego State University and continued to hold several Senior Financial Analyst positions; however, I discovered my passion is in real estate so I embarked on my two-decade long career working in real estate investments. I have purchased properties in Texas, Ohio, and Michigan. Prior to starting Turnkey Real Estate, I was Vice President of Acquisitions at PGI Investments/Guardian Capital Realty; we bought, remodeled, and sold more than 2,000 homes throughout San Diego County (the largest remodeler in San Diego County). I thrive on collaboration and believe in the importance of a strong mutually-supportive network. I continue to work actively with connections I made decades ago.

I take pride in creating beautifully remodeled houses that families can truly call home and neighbors can feel proud to live next to. I am passionate about San Diego and have resided in many different neighborhoods throughout the county. Aside from business/real estate, I enjoy spending time with my two kids and wife, traveling, personal development, playing volleyball and tennis (if I ever have time), and giving back to the community.
